• use the Ivi mobile app or the Ivi app on a Smart TV;

• contact customer support;
• take part in our promotions;
• otherwise interact with us or the Service.
This Policy applies where Ivi.ru LLC acts as the Controller of your personal data in connection with your use of the relevant version of the Service. Separate privacy policies may apply to certain territories or versions of the Service.
This Policy does not apply to the personal data of Ivi employees, job applicants or other individuals who do not interact with us as users of the Service.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
