Eight-year-old Tim and his younger sister Lisa live in an ordinary apartment with their caring parents and their cat, Marquis. The kids play and have lots of fun, but they also have to do such boring things as homework, cleaning, washing dishes... oh, it’s a pity they can’t, like adults, do whatever they want. It’s a good thing they have such unusual friends as the little angels Whitey, Rosika and Blackie. These winged pranksters are ready to bring any of Tim and Lisa’s ideas to life to help them see various life situations from a different perspective, learn to make the right decisions, cope with difficulties and do good deeds.
