The 1960s, USSR. Mikhail Shirokov serves in the Leningrad KGB. He learns that his old enemy has surfaced in the city—a saboteur nicknamed the Count, who worked for the Nazis during the Great Patriotic War. In the past, Shirokov and his team managed to stop the traitor and thwart his plans, but the criminal himself escaped.
