The plot revolves around the criminal gang «Black Wolves», against which former police officer Pavel Khromov wages an uncompromising war. Having recently been released from prison, where he served time after being clearly but unprovably framed, he must first put an end to his old life in order to begin a new one. And Pavel will stop at nothing to do so.
