A trauma department specially designed for professional athletes and ballet performers opens at the medical campus. It is headed by the talented traumatologist Gennady Viktorovich Tyrsa. Gifted as a brilliant doctor, the protagonist is not known for his gentle character. He does not hesitate to speak the blunt truth, often disagreeing with his superiors on many issues. He believes neither in higher powers nor in any special destiny for people. And when he becomes engrossed in a new case, Doctor Tyrsa is not afraid to risk his career and reputation for the sake of defeating an illness.
