My Fariza (in the Kazakh language)

Fariza Ongarsynova is a famous Kazakh poet. She was born and raised in the aul of Manash, where she loved listening to and reading poetry from an early age. Her first collection, «Nightingale», published in 1967, became very popular and changed the perception of women’s poetry in Kazakhstan.
