Colonel Illarion Bestuzhev is tasked with forming a new aviation regiment based on the recently designed Yak-3 fighter aircraft. Only the best pilots must be recruited for the regiment, so it was decided to include not only men but also women. However, this decision leads to the men becoming interested in the beautiful female pilots who have arrived.
