Colleagues from the St. Petersburg commandant’s office, Lavrov and Romanov, are complete opposites. While Romanov takes care of his family and plays sports, Lavrov spends time in shady establishments and is popular with women. Every meeting between them turns into an argument, but their superiors see an advantage in their conflicts: by conducting investigations differently, Lavrov and Romanov achieve the greatest success in their work.
