In May, the first traditional culture and spiritual enlightenment festival, «Yavlenie», took place on the grounds of the Church of Archangel Michael in Crimea. It brought together outstanding musicians, performers, and hundreds of guests. Participants included virtuoso balalaika player Alexey Arkhipovsky, guitarist Ivan Smirnov, Igor Yakovenko’s jazz trio, Alexander F. Sklyar, leader of the band «Va-Bank», harpist Evgenia Marchenko, and many others. The festival also featured a spiritual and educational meeting with Nestor, Bishop of Yalta.
