Lytk-Angeles, in the state of Moscachusetts, had always been a quiet little town where every criminal gang had its own rightful spot. Colombians smoked plantains, the Irish sipped beer, and the Chinese ate noodles. But one day, evil Russian communists arrived—and brought sugar with them. They slaughtered all the street vendors selling plantains, seized control of matryoshka production (a traditional Yugoslav business), and got the entire town hooked on white powder.
For Eustace Lynch, this will be his last job. Famous for his lucky tattoo, the Irish gangster comes to Lytk-Angeles from Dublin (also known as Dubna) to get rid of the communists. At the same time, Sally Raptor, a police officer from Palm Beach (also known as Gelendzhik) with a similar mission, arrives in town.
«Zakon i Besporyadok» is both a parody of the movies of the ’80s and ’90s that we watched as children on videotapes with single-voice dubbing, and a tribute to that forever-gone era when the screen belonged entirely to evil Russians, Asian martial arts masters, and hard-drinking detectives in ridiculous hats. Each episode parodies one of the favorite genres: the characters do not change, but find themselves in an Asian fighting game, a crime thriller, or even a neo-noir story.
