Anthropomorphic monsters and giant insects, aliens indistinguishable from ordinary people, and aggressive bacteria of extraterrestrial origin are just a few of the images that have arisen in the minds of screenwriters and directors when thinking about creatures from other worlds. Movies about alien invasions have a truly vast army of fans, because people still do not want to believe that they are alone in the immense Universe. We do not know for certain whether any forms of life exist besides us. Ignorance breeds fear, which is superbly brought to life on the big screen.
