Lyuba is a young provincial girl in huge, indifferent Moscow. She dreams of postgraduate studies, works as a courier, and rents a corner of a room from the strict widow of an artist. One day, while delivering orders, Lyuba accidentally knocks over an elderly man on her scooter. Fortunately, he is unharmed, but it soon becomes clear that something troubling is going on: the old man remembers neither his name nor where he lives. The hospital doctors can only shrug their shoulders, while the police suggest sending the lost old man to a social care institution. But Lyuba decides to help him find his family at all costs.
