The main character is an ordinary guy who has worked as a carpenter all his life and never dreamed of a managerial career. He has neither management experience nor ambition, nor even the most basic business skills. But by a twist of fate, he finds himself at the head of a large company with multimillion-dollar revenues.

Now he must learn to manage an entire enterprise, make important decisions, and take responsibility for the lives of the employees. Can an ordinary guy cope with the challenges of big business?
