The Russian detective Series with elements of mysticism, «Fox», tells the story of the brilliant forensic expert Vera Lisitsyna, who, as a result of an accident, acquired the ability to see through people and detect lies. This ability came to her after she showed integrity in investigating a high-profile criminal case that affected the interests of corrupt Interior Ministry superiors. Vera, nicknamed Fox, decided to go all the way in establishing the truth, which made her the target of an assassination attempt. Miraculously surviving and gaining her gift, Vera left Moscow and returned to her hometown of Kamensk with the firm intention of starting her life and service anew. She becomes head of the forensic department and throws herself into her work, especially since people are constantly dying in Kamensk. Fox’s partner is Maxim Zarubin. He is perhaps the only one among her new colleagues who immediately warms to her, and during the investigations they become friends. Vera’s return to Kamensk attracts the attention of a maniac who had already attempted to kill Fox in the past.
