The plot of the Series unfolds during the Great Patriotic War and tells the story of women who fought against the fascist invaders alongside men. According to statistics, around 600,000 women took part in the war between 1941 and 1945, some of whom served in aviation. There were entire regiments consisting exclusively of women. This is the story of one such regiment. The 46th Guards Night Bomber Aviation Regiment was formed in October 1941 and reached the front at the end of May of the following year, making its first combat sortie on June 12. Soon, legends began to spread about the exploits of the women who were nicknamed «night swallows». They were truly a team of real professionals.
