The special department “Object No. 11” was formed by state security agencies back in Soviet times. The department’s main task was to solve problems using unconventional methods, including superhuman abilities. During perestroika, the unit was disbanded, but a couple of decades later Colonel Somov is assigned to reassemble the department. The first person Somov turns to is his old friend Anatoly Romanov, who possesses hypnosis and can read minds. Many more interesting and talented people will join the unit.
However, they are all opposed by a formidable rival, the brilliant psychic Alex Alexeyev, who is always several steps ahead of the heroes. To stop him, the special department will have to use all of its abilities.
