The main character of the Series is Colonel Somov. In the 1980s, he headed a special unit, «Object 11», which was formed by the FSB together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This department was brought in for particularly complex investigations when all other agencies were powerless. The department’s main feature was that it recruited only people with superpowers. One day, Somov is visited by his former colleague with a proposal to reassemble the once-disbanded «Object 11». Somov is to lead it once again.
