Darya is a kind and compassionate postal worker from a small provincial town. She lives with her elderly father, helps her neighbors, and is used to taking care of everyone except herself. One day, her attentiveness to others sets off a chain of events that changes her life forever. It all begins with the strange disappearance of a grumpy pensioner, which seemingly goes unnoticed by everyone. Wanting to get to the bottom of what happened, Dasha launches her own investigation.
