The Land of the Soviets. Forgotten Leaders.

The second season of the multi-part documentary film «Land of the Soviets. Forgotten Leaders» is dedicated to outstanding political figures of the Soviet era and reveals the stories of such individuals as Mikhail Frunze, Grigory Ordzhonikidze, Anatoly Lunacharsky, Anastas Mikoyan, Georgy Malenkov, Ivan Serov, Andrei Gromyko, and Alexei Kosygin. Eight episodes show various aspects of Soviet history, including the events of the revolution and the Great Patriotic War, the periods of industrialization and perestroika, and also cover the themes of the army, economy, international politics, and culture.
