The first season of the Russian detective mini-Series «Taiga Story», available to watch online in our online cinema, consists of four episodes and tells the story of a talented athlete forced to search for her relative in a remote protected forest. After being unfairly accused of doping, pentathlon champion Maria Svetlova decides to change her surroundings for a while. To do so, she moves to a nature reserve where her beloved grandfather, Ivan Matveich, works as a forester. But upon arriving at the spot, she learns that her relative has disappeared and that before this he had been involved in a long-running conflict with local poachers. In order to find him, the young woman takes on the duties of a gamekeeper herself and begins her own investigation.
