The bold production project by the ivi online cinema, «May I Address You», is like a tart genre cocktail, harmoniously combining drama, mysticism, thriller and comedy. Strange things are happening in the provincial town of Srednekamsk. The mayor and the police are mired in corruption, while harmful waste is dumped from the local mineral fertilizer plant every night. It is not easy to survive in such an environment, especially if you are an idealist like young police lieutenant Gosha Kotov. Following in the footsteps of his heroic father, the young man dreams of the glory of a fearless crime fighter, but his activism only leads to major trouble. After arguing with a veterinarian acquaintance, Gosha sets out to search for her runaway dog and finds the fugitive on the shore of a contaminated pond. After the bite, strange processes begin to occur in Kotov’s body: his strength increases and his sense of smell sharpens. The former quiet stutterer turns into a werewolf, rumors of whom reach the city’s bosses. A hunt for Gosha begins, but he himself is now a hunter.
