The second season of the Series is divided into two parts. The first story takes place in Odesa in 1947. Alexey and Tatyana Kazarin come there on vacation and become involved in a large-scale purge of the resort city’s criminal underworld, which is greatly hindered by the dangerous criminal nicknamed the Accountant, who has appeared in Odesa. The second story takes place a year later in Leningrad, where Tatyana Kazarina tries to deal with a gang of swindlers who, during the siege of the city, took advantage of people’s desperate situation and bought works of art from them for next to nothing.
