The second season of the Russian dramatic mini-Series «False Note» brings a surprise to the main character: Marina is pregnant. Struggling to process the news, the girl runs to her best friend Dasha for advice, but another blow awaits her there: it turns out that she and Kirill have long been lovers. Meanwhile, Vyacheslav finds the courage to confess his infidelity to his wife and, without waiting to be asked, leaves home himself. Beside herself with shock and consumed by a thirst for revenge, Nina is going to deal with the homewrecker Inga. Nina tracks her down by car and, deciding to settle scores with her unfaithful husband as well, crashes into Inga’s car and pushes it under the wheels of a passing truck. However, it was not Vyacheslav who was with Inga at that moment, but their son Kirill. This error finally destroys Nina. After the shock she has endured, Marina suffers a miscarriage. Pavel does not want to leave Marina alone and decides to place her in his mother’s home for a while. This is how Marina learns that Pavel’s wife has died. Kirill is taken away in serious condition by an ambulance, while Nina is detained by the police. Dasha sits by Kirill’s bedside day and night, pretending that she is deeply worried about her fiancé’s fate, when in fact this is far from the case.
