The first season of the Russian detective mini-Series «The Pearl Diver,» which can be watched online in our online cinema with free access, starting with any of the four episodes, tells the story of an ordinary librarian who, by chance, becomes involved in a murder case. Nadya Mitrofanova, an employee of a historical library, desperately tries to improve her relationship with her husband, successful journalist Dima, who cannot devote time to his wife because of his work. Having failed to achieve what she wants, Nadya decides to relax and accepts an invitation from her neighbor Liza to attend a modeling party. But instead of relaxing, Nadya finds the body of one of the models and decides to launch her own investigation.
