Oleg and his beloved Yana were happy, but she cheated on him with a Finnish businessman and moved to Finland. Ten years later, Yana returns to Russia, and Oleg discovers that she had hidden their son Vitya from him for many years. Yana asks Oleg for help: Finnish child welfare authorities took her child away when she divorced her husband, and the boy has now been placed with a foster family. The parents try to get their son back through legal means, but nothing goes according to plan, and Oleg and Yana decide to abduct Vitya and secretly take him out of Finland.
