In season 11, Venik tries to get rid of Masha’s attention by confessing his love to her. Upon learning that it was only a scheme, she decides to date Denis. He agrees to date her, but only if he is sure that Zhenya will not get jealous. Meanwhile, Dasha and Masha start working at a school together, which leads to a whole new list of quarrels. Dasha is also unable to come to an agreement with Venik about their relationship. Galina Sergeyevna continues studying at the Ministry of Internal Affairs academy, and Denis is soon drafted into the army. Zhenya soon loses her job, but is offered the opportunity to study at Yale.
