The main character of the Series is a sweet and decent young woman, Varvara Lapteva. One day, a major $50 million fraud takes place in the city, but the person who took the money dies in the office of Lapteva’s boss, while the card containing the money accidentally ends up in the pocket of Varya’s coat. Varya immediately realizes that the death of her boss’s visitor was no accident and, using her detective talent, begins her own investigation into the murder...
