Zhenya and Ilya continue working together while preparing for their own wedding. Their relationship grows stronger, but new problems arise. Zhenya and Ilya’s rivals seem to be backing down, yet their actions lead to unexpected consequences. Stepan pretends to have accepted his defeat, while Lana tries to congratulate the couple on their upcoming event. Meanwhile, Hippocrates Moiseyevich is replaced in his position by a university mentor and Zhenya’s former lover, Pavel Grachev. This brings new complications into Zhenya and Ilya’s lives. Zhenya also faces a new problem—a young journalist who takes an interest in Ilya. This causes jealousy and misunderstanding between the couple.
