The Series tells the story of a young Swedish woman named Victoria, who travels to Russia. Several years earlier, her journalist husband Olaf was killed there under very unusual circumstances. Victoria wants to figure everything out herself. She knows for certain that her husband was killed by Vasily Klintsov and wants to look this man in the eyes to understand why he committed murder. However, when she meets him, she sees a kind and gentle person who does not resemble a killer at all. Soon Victoria manages to find out that Klintsov was framed, and the murderer is still at large.
