Ulyana Sinitsyna works at the psychology department of Moscow State University and is preparing to defend her dissertation. However, her topic does not appeal to her senior colleagues. To prove to them that her method will be a breakthrough for the criminal investigation department, Ulyana becomes a police consultant. Soon, she joins forces with Major Igor Lyovin, and together they begin investigating the most intricate and challenging criminal cases.
