The four-episode detective Series is devoted to one intricate murder case taken on by two private detectives, Makar Ilyushin and Sergey Babkin. The alleged murderer himself, restorer Andrey Krasilshchikov, turned to them for help. He said that he had devoted his entire life to restoring an old wooden mansion in the village of Kamyshovka, but recently the sister of the former owner, from whom Andrey had purchased the house, came to see him. She claimed that the deal had been illegal and that the mansion belonged to her. After these words, Krasilshchikov lost consciousness, and when he came to, he found the woman’s body next to him. Naturally, he was afraid to go to the police, thinking that he had committed the murder in a fit of anger, so he came to the detectives he knew. As a result, Makar and Sergey began their investigation and soon discovered that the residents of Kamyshovka were very suspicious people.
