The first season of the Russian detective mini-Series «The Groom», which can be watched online in our online cinema with free access, consists of two episodes and tells the story of a man who must choose between his mistress and his wife. At the center of the plot is the married couple Inna and Boris, who have been married for many years. However, the years they have spent together have done nothing to strengthen their union. While Inna is drawn to her husband, loves him, and always tries to smooth over and resolve problems, her spouse has long had feelings for another woman. Boris feels only ordinary affection for Inna, while he burns with passionate love for the homewrecker Asya. Then one day, the lovers get into an accident. Inna, as a faithful and caring wife, takes it upon herself to nurse Boris back to health despite the fact that he was with his mistress at the time of the accident. But this cannot continue any longer; he will no longer be able to live a double life, and the man faces a difficult choice ahead—his wife or his mistress.
