The fourth season of the cult Series "Gangster Petersburg" introduces new important characters into the plot. It turns out that behind the all-powerful crime boss Antibiotic stands an even more powerful figure—banker Naumov, who has international connections. Naumov intends to get his hands on the "party slush fund," whose keeper was Vadim Goncharov, the first husband of Ekaterina Zvantseva, who is believed to be dead. To do this, the banker forces Andrei Obnorsky to fly to Sweden to persuade Ekaterina, who is in love with him, to return the money and thus save a life. Meanwhile, it turns out that Goncharov is alive and intends to cash out the money in Germany. Former KGB colonel and now agency head Semyonov, banker Naumov, and Moscow "godfather" Gurgen all learn about this simultaneously. A major showdown is brewing in Germany. In Petersburg, meanwhile, Antibiotic, having been released from prison, decides to settle scores with all his enemies by staging a grand confrontation. Andrei Obnorsky finds himself at the center of tragic events.
