The sixth season of the cult Series "Gangster Petersburg" brings the storylines of two central characters to a close: journalist Andrei Obnorsky and former detective Alexander Zverev, who became friends in a Nizhny Tagil penal colony. No sooner does Andrei manage to leave the prison grounds than he immediately runs into the men of Colonel Semyonov, who is allied with banker Naumov—the very man who sent Obnorsky to prison, hoping to make him more compliant that way. Semyonov and Naumov are closer than ever to the money looted by the USSR’s party elite, but Ekaterina, unexpectedly offended by Obnorsky’s infidelity, tells Antibiotic the time and place of their meeting, and his greed proves stronger than his fear of Naumov. When Zverev also returns from the colony, he and Obnorsky must uncover the mystery of the disappearance of the money for which he ended up behind bars. Zverev reaches the people who remember all the circumstances and can shed light on the events that shattered his life.
