Klimov becomes the director of the factory. His vision of the enterprise’s future differs greatly from Natalya’s. One of Klimov’s very first decisions sparks strong discontent on her part. Klimov wants to lease out the third building and shut down the unique perfume laboratory located there. Now Natalya faces dismissal if she continues to stand her ground.
