Natalia possesses wonderful charm, which allowed her to become a perfumer. She has always dreamed of creating quality perfumes; however, to do so, she needs to take a managerial position at the factory where she works. But she is not destined to become the factory director, as the position is taken by an ambitious man named Ilya. Natalia quickly comes to hate the new director, since he is primarily concerned with money rather than the quality of the product being created. However, feelings gradually arise between Ilya and Natalia, and now the girl does not know what she will have to give up: her dream or the man she loves.
