Struggling financially, Ksenia takes a job as a caregiver for retired Colonel Anatoly Akimov. While working as the head of a district police department, he was seriously wounded in an assassination attempt and practically lost his sight.
The young woman has no idea that her new job will become a source of serious problems. The blind military man deceives Ksenia into taking part in a real crime: unaware of Akimov’s sinister intentions, she frames an innocent man who is blamed for murder. Upon learning the truth, Ksenia wants to set things right. However, she cannot turn to the police for help, as she is an unwitting accomplice in her charge’s cunning plan.
