The first season of the Series «Save Our Souls» is set in 1942. The Soviet army is bravely fighting the fascist invaders, and battles are taking place not only at the front but also behind the lines. The main character of the Series is NKVD Senior Lieutenant Krotky. He is sent to the Taimyr Peninsula, near which an American convoy carrying military and food aid is soon due to pass. Krotky must identify as quickly as possible a German resident agent who has infiltrated the ranks of «their own» and is believed to be directing German submarines.
