The first season of the Russian action-packed mini-Series «The Shooter», which can be watched online in our internet cinema with free access, beginning with either of its two episodes, tells the story of two Russian servicemen assigned to eliminate the leader of a terrorist organization. Senior Lieutenant Andrei Makarov is a professional saboteur and demolition expert. His superiors highly value his exceptional professionalism and keep him in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation despite the fact that Makarov has almost completely lost his hearing. During a reconnaissance operation in Lebanon, Makarov loses his partner but manages to see the face of the terrorist organization’s leader, Abu Jalid. He recently underwent plastic surgery, so the Russian special services do not know what Abu Jalid currently looks like. To eliminate the terrorist, the Russian command assigns Makarov as the partner of the legendary marksman Major Alexei Bodrov, who has been serving in the Caucasus for more than ten years. However, the command does not trust Bodrov, as it doubts his mental stability. Therefore, Makarov receives authorization to eliminate Bodrov if necessary.
