The fifth season of the program «Superninja» is titled «Battle of the Generations»: experienced athletes, veterans of ninja sport, and grown-up finalists of «Superninja. Kids», as well as international stars, including Olympic champions, compete on the same course. The project features 175 athletes from 75 cities in Russia and other countries—the age gap between the youngest and oldest participants reaches 35 years. The obstacle course in Mineralnye Vody has become even more difficult: to advance, contestants must not only demonstrate strength, speed, and agility, but also avoid dropping a glowing ring or falling into the water. The hosts are Dmitry Maslennikov, Vasily Artemyev, and Valeria Astapova. Viewers can expect intense competition, unexpected twists, and spectacular course runs.
