One day, the talented scientist is invited to take part in a family television program, where she must find answers live on broadcast to mathematical riddles from viewers. But one call turns out to be unlike the others. A mysterious caller invites Olga to play a special game based on the famous Monty Hall paradox, with a human life at stake. Mistaking the call for a creepy prank, the heroine refuses. Soon, the police find a man’s body with a note addressed to the mathematician. Olga is sure that the murder is the work of the mysterious Monty and wants to help with the investigation. When he contacts the woman again, Olga faces a risky dilemma: play and save the life of a new victim, or try to expose the criminal?
