Much water has flowed under the bridge since the famous writer Agatha Sever first set foot on one of Karelia’s picturesque little islands. Without expecting it herself, Agatha stayed here for a long time, wrote several books, and solved a number of mysterious crimes. In addition, she found friends and enemies here, love, and even a sister, Lena. But when Agatha decides to return to the «mainland», far from everyone is upset by her departure. She cannot even reconcile with Lena. Meanwhile, the island itself does not let Agatha go so easily. Soon after the farewell dinner, she learns of the theft of local artifacts and the death of the main suspect—her sister. Agatha cannot stay on the sidelines and begins an investigation that once again includes references to ancient northern legends.
