The Russian detective Series «Don’t Deceive Me» tells the story of a woman named Lyudmila. Her son Vladimir dies in a car accident. Before his death, he manages to tell his mother that he has an illegitimate daughter. The dying man’s final wish is to leave all his property to her. Because Vladimir has always had a difficult relationship with his mother, he fears that she will not fulfill his request. Therefore, he begs her not to deceive him. From that moment on, Lyudmila’s difficult journey begins. She sets out in search of her granddaughter, meeting all kinds of people who were part of her son’s social circle along the way.
